    Dates 2011: 
    arrival day: SAT, 5 NOV 2011
    start of tournament: SUN, 6 NOV, ca 10AM
    Grand final: FRI, 11 NOV 2011, ca 3PM
    departure day: SAT, 12 NOV 2011

    Fees per person: 
    Fees are currently 180 EUR for international teams and domestic teams who require accommodation. They include:

    • seven nights at hostel incl. breakfast (NOV 5-12) hostel info
    • full transportation costs to/from airport/main train station, hostel and venues
    • health insurance
    • entrance fees to sights

    Food and drinks will be provided at the schools in the afternoon. This will be food made by the respective parental association.

    Fees don't cover:

    • dinner
    • Internet use at hostel (5 EUR per day, 12,50 EUR for three, 7-day pass is 25 EUR per login code)

    Further fees are:

    • 60 EUR if you participate without accommodation
    • 20 EUR if you are a local school team member from the Greater Stuttgart / BaWü area. Pay an extra 20 EUR if you need the VVS mobility ticket(included for all others).
    • 300 EUR if you are an observer requiring accommodation
    • 150 EUR if not...

    Discontinuation of homestays:
    Please note that we do not provide homestays anymore. If you, however, have old contacts you want to use, or would like to find your own accommodation, we will not be in your way. 

    Fees are 60 EUR per person in this case.

    Motions (preliminaries):

    -THBT European interests are best served by an active campaign to promote democracy

    -THW promote EU citizenship

    -TH considers that the Commonwealth has outlived its usefulness

    -THBT the greatest threat to Western society is its ageing

    The draw will be issued once all teams have signed up as of SEP 5 2011.

    Payment procedures:


    AFTER SEP 5 you will be billed according to the number of delegates and/or observers etc. registered.

    Please pay 50% of that amount by THU SEP 22nd

    Successful transfer of this amount by that date avoids your losing the slot to a wait list team. Anything else does not. 

    Please note that these 50% are non-refundable! 

    You will receive bank account info with the bill. 

    Payment of 100% by: THU OCT 13th

    We have accepted cash payment in the past, but are discontinuing this option from this year on. Please understand that this has been very difficult for our fiscal management of the tournament.
